Awesome 🙌 Here’s Day 28.

Day 28: Crafting My “Strengths Resume”

✨ Teaching Nugget

Most resumes list skills, degrees, and job titles. But what if you built a Strengths Resume—a living document that highlights how God uniquely wired you?

Your Strengths Resume isn’t just about what you’ve done, but who you’re becoming. It captures your:

  • Natural Strengths (what you’re good at)
  • Passions (what excites you)
  • Values (what grounds you)
  • Impact (how you bless others)

👉 Gen Z employers, mentors, and communities value authenticity. A Strengths Resume helps you communicate your identity beyond bullet points—it tells your story.

📝 Reflection / Journaling Prompts

  • What top 5 strengths would I proudly put on a Strengths Resume?
  • Which life experiences have helped me develop these strengths?
  • How have these strengths positively impacted others?

🎯 Activity

Build Your Strengths Resume

  • Create four sections: Strengths, Passions, Values, Impact.
  • Under each, list 3–5 items that describe you.
  • Example:
    • Strengths: Creativity, empathy, problem-solving
    • Passions: Youth empowerment, design, storytelling
    • Values: Honesty, faith, growth
    • Impact: Mentored three peers, led school project, created mental health awareness posts
